Where do we ship and what are the charges?

We ship to most pin codes within India.There is a flat shipping charge of Rs 199/-.

What are the payment options available to me?

We have tied up with RAZOR PAY & PAYTM, which is a leading payment gateway to make payments easy for you. Some payment options are:

Cash on delivery - DUE TO COVID-19 , Its temprorary disabled

You can also pay cash on delivery for minimum amount of Rs 499/- and maximum amount of Rs 3000, by paying a nominal charge of Rs 65 per order. Here it is mandatory to tell us what time will you be available at home to take the delivery. You can expect a call from our call center to confirm the order. To speeden the delivery we advise you to choose either a credit card or netbanking mode of payment.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

The words “In Stock” will appear next to the item on the product detail page and if you will be able to add the item to your cart, the item has inventory and is ready to be shipped!

If an item is out of stock, can I still buy it?

If you're interested in an item that is out of stock, simply email us the product details at contact@funcart.in and we will send you an e-mail as soon as the item becomes available.

I can't find the party theme or item I'm looking for. What should I do?

If you can't find the items you're looking for, type in a keyword in our search box. If that doesn't work please contact us at contact@funcart.in and we will try to help you out in best possible way.

How can I be sure my order has been received?

After you've submitted your order, we'll send you a confirmation email that will include an order number.

What if I want to buy your products in store?

We do not have any offline store in India as of now.

Any hidden taxes and charges?

None at all. All taxes - GST for products and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned. You can also see taxes paid in your invoice. We charge Rs.199 delivery/shipping fees. For COD orders, we charge Rs 65 per order.

Do the Balloons you sell, are all sent to the customer as inflated?

No, none of the balloons are sent inflated to the customers. The product pictures that you see on Funcart.in website are to only give you an impression about the look of the Balloon weather Latex or Foil. They are all sent deflated and have to be filled up with Helium Gas or normal air pressure as per your requirement from your nearest point.

How do we purchase bulk orders?

We have a separate process for addressing bulk orders, please email us at contact@funcart.in and we would have someone contact you from our office.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at Funcart.in?

We have partnered with India’s leading payment gateway provider RAZOR PAY & PAYTM. RAZOR PAY & PAYTM has 128 bit SSL encryption, and is also Verisign secured, hence offering a high level of security for online transactions.

Please note that Funcart.in does not record any of your credit card details.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-9871383006

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

How will I get notified of offers, promotion and discounts?

Please register for our newsletter for new offers, products and discounts. To receive the newsletters, kindly subscribe for newsletters. We also promote the new offers and discounts on our website with homepage banners.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your item, we send an Email communication with the Tracking code which you can use to track your shipment on the reputed courier company’s website. You can also visit our website and log into your account to know status of your order. You would be required to provide your Order number and Email ID used at the time of ordering.

I have an Event / Birthday Party / Festival / Wedding coming up, is my order going to reach me on time?

Please calculate 8-10 days (including some buffer period) from the day you place your order with us. Exclude Sunday and National Holidays while calculating and then place your order. Your order would be generally dispatched within 24 hours of you placing it. In all cases,the orders reach within 5-8 days maximum. For Metros & State Capitals we have an express service for additional Rs 499/- for 2-4 day delivery.
