We at Funcart.in know how important it is to receive your parcels quickly and efficiently, especially when working to a deadline such as hosting a party. Our goal is to get your products shipped as soon as possible. We also keep the important issue of packaging at the forefront of our mind and none of our products are over-packaged. The shipping geography / country is limited to India only.

We process your order within 24 hours , and dispatch it through reputed courier services only who have tracking facility. We ship on all days (except Sundays & public holidays).
We charge for shipping - Rs. 199/- due to Covid, since couriers are also working with limited capacity. There are no hidden charges other then total cost mentioned in the final invoice. Only additional cost is the delivery cost. All products shipped by www.funcart.in is inclusive all types of taxes.
The delivery of your order would take between 5-8 days business days (excluding Sunday and National Holidays) to be delivered anywhere in India. Since most of the items on this website are to be delivered for birthday parties or other occasion, we understand that the date is very important for delivery. You agree that we would not be responsible if you order items to be delivered before 5-8 business days and it reaches late.
If it is a remote location then more time may also be taken.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 011-41619951 (10 am – 6 pm ) or mail us at www.funcart.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Once we ship your item, we send an email communication & a sms; with the tracking code which you can use to track your shipment on our reputed couriers website. You can also visit our website and log into your account to know status of your order. You would be required to provide your Order number and Email ID used at the time of ordering.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping options. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) - CURRENTly DISABLED DUE TO COVID 19
We charge a nominal charge of INR 65 for COD orders.Minumum amount for COD order should be Rs.499 & maximum amount to be Rs. 3000
In case of cancellations after the goods are delivered, Funcart.in will accept the consignment only if it is not opened or tampered with and would refund the token amount (if paid). Funcart.in will not be liable to take back the goods if the package is unwrapped or meddled with.
If by due diligence, we find that a user is misusing the COD service, we might disable the user's id or charge a processing fee.
We serve around 9000 pin codes in India for COD orders. It does include all state capitals, metro cities and many other cities. However, for a complete list of weather your city is served or not, please check COD availability on the product page.

Question: Can I track my order status online at Funcart.in?
Answer: Yes you can, once we ship your item, we send an Email communication with the Tracking code which you can use to track your shipment, on the reputed courier company’s website. You can also visit our website and log into your account to know status of your order. You would be required to provide your Order number and Email ID used at the time of ordering.
Question: Which courier partner has Funcart.in partnered with for order delivery in India?
Answer: We have partnered with all the leading courier companies who specialize in ecommerce and ensure smooth and quick delivery to your doorstep. We deal with Bluedart, Delhivery,DTDC,GoJavas to name a few.
Question: I have an Event / Birthday Party / Festival / Wedding coming up, is my order going to reach me on time?
Answer: Please calculate 8-10 days (including some buffer period) from the day you place your order with us. Exclude Sunday and National Holidays while calculating and then place your order. Your order would be generally dispatched within 24 hours of you placing it. In all Metro Cities and State Capitals the orders reach within 5-8 days maximum. For urgent orders, pl use our express service by paying additional Rs 499/- and the order will reach you between 2-4 days.
Question: Do I need to pay extra for Delivery & Octroi Charges, etc?
Answer: No, we charge a flat shipping of Rs 199. In case of COD orders you are required to pay an extra Rs 65.

Question: Do you ship internationally, which countries?
Answer: Yes, we ship internationally, but courier charges would be borne by client on actual basis
Question: I wish to return an item that I purchased from your website, how can I do that?
Answer: Please read through our Return Policy to ensure your item is eligible for return.
Question: How soon I get the amount back?
Answer: It usually takes 2-5 days for the refund to reflect back into your account, once you have raised a refund request and its been authorised by our customer service team.
